For the creation of Hillswood Business Park, we masterplanned the redevelopment of a WWI hospital site, itself in the grounds of a 17th Century Grade II (star) listed mansion. Development and integration of a new public park and associated facilities were part of the scheme. Plot 1000 — a speculative office development — stands nearest to the mansion house and is designed to complement the older building's appearance and historic standing.
