A new dimension for London's public transport — the Thameslink train system — inspired the creation of an integrated business district at the heart of the City. The Ludgate masterplan incorporated the new transport link and opened up a significant site previously occupied by disused rail facilities. Our design gained planning consent for 2 million sq ft of office space in the City of London.
