The form and architectural language of this office building were the result of considerable experimentation. We wanted to create a structure that addressed its lakeside position without dominating it. The result is an asymmetrical building which sits easily in the landscape and provides all the features of a first class development.

The building is composed of two wings that pivot on a central atrium and provide 10,000 sq m of internal space over four floors. It is designed to be used as easily by one or multiple tenants.
