The refurbished Lilian Baylis Theatre and the area adjoining it are the focus for the new community and education facilties at Sadler's Wells Theatre in London, an international dance venue.

Located behind the new main theatre, facilities include three large dance studios, a lecture theatre, rehearsal rooms, seminar rooms and a café. The planning of these spaces is a development of Lilian Baylis's ideas on accessibility of the performing arts for all.
