The Derngate Centre houses a 1,500 seat multi-use auditorium that can be adapted to Lyric stage format with a proscenium or a symphony concert platform, pop concert format or arena format for uses such as spectator sports.

Set up in flat floor format the auditorium can be used for exhibition space or reduced-format uses such as cabaret and poetry recitals.
