A new-build 5-star hotel for Accor located in the heart of Edinburgh that will occupy a gateway position in Mountgrange’s 60,000 sq m landmark mixed use masterplan development. Designed in collaboration with Scottish architect Page and Park, the hotel will provide 211 guestrooms, including deluxe and presidential suites, and 2,500 sq m of conference banqueting facilities, a health spa and a range of food and beverage outlets.

The hotel is situated on the northern boundary of Edinburgh's Old Town Conservation Area, a designated World Heritage Site. It will benefit from dual access: from the Royal Mile tourist route and the proposed new civic square off Parliament Way. We have also been commissioned to design an adjoining mixed use building that will share some basement level plant and services with the hotel.
